KICKBOXING FITNESS TRAINING

Kickboxing fitness is a workout program that utilizes techniques, movements, and combinations of movements from boxing, karate, kickboxing, and self-defense training.

EmpowerUSA provides:

· Instructor Training for fitness professionals and physical education teachers.

· Client (Personal) Training for anyone who has the desire to safely and effectively add kickboxing fitness to the current fitness regimen!

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

EmpowerUSA has been training instructors in kickboxing fitness since 1994.

· Fitness Professionals (Group Fitness & Personal Trainers)
· Personal and Professional Benefits – expand professional skills and knowledge.
· Earn CEC/CEUs – 20 hours for ACE, NETA & WITS, 19 hours for NASM)
· Physical Education Teachers
· PE Teachers, with little to no training or experience, are often tasked with the responsibility to design and instruct kickboxing fitness activities in PE classes.
· EmpowerUSA’s instructor training program provides skills, drills and workout routines that will enhance the PE professionals’ ability to design and lead safe and effective classes for students.

Kickboxing Fitness Instructor Training Course

Fitness Professionals and Physical Education Teachers: This course provides instruction and information necessary to design, develop and teach/lead safe, effective kickboxing fitness workouts for youth and adults! It includes instruction on how to adapt these specific types of workouts to all levels of functionality and includes balance, agility, reaction time, coordination, muscular & cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility training!

Active Aging Fitness & Wellness – Boxing-Kickboxing-Martial Arts

Fitness Professionals: This course provides instruction and information necessary to design, develop and teach/lead safe, effective Boxing, Kickboxing & Martial Arts-based fitness workouts for the Active Aging population! It includes instruction on how to adapt these specific types of workouts to all levels of functionality, no matter what age! Boxing, Kickboxing & Martial Arts activities enhance balance, agility, reaction time, coordination, cognitive function, muscular & cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility!

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

EmpowerUSA has provided kickboxing fitness training to individuals since 1984. We now offer both live training and online training services. See our Personal Training.

Who Can Participate in Kickboxing Fitness personal training?
